Ginawa ko ang post na ito upang makatulong sa iba na hirap kumuha sa MID o Membership Identification Number nila gamit ang kanilang RTN o Registration Tracking Number.

Since hindi na ako nireplayan ng pagibig after ko itxt yung RTN ko with the exact format, naghanap nalang ako ng ibang paraan para makuha yong ID number ko thru online since hinihingi na nang admin namin.

So sa hindi pa nakakuha ng kanilang MID o hindi alam kung paano kukunin, lalo na sa text dinadaan.

First,

Type Pag-ibig Online services at iclick ang nandun sa unang tab. 

Tapos. 

You'll be prompted to this browser.

Click Membership Registration.

Choose View Registration Form if naka register kana din if wala pa you can select Register as New Member, If gusto mo rin mag update ng information din select Update.

Then click continue...

After nun, Encode your RTN number, your last and first name , code at pag tapos na, 

click proceed...

Tapos select Print MDF

After you select the Print MDF, You'll be prompted to a pdf file where all your information is stated there.

So sa Upper right portion. I deleted my info there pero sa right upper portion you can see you MID at RTN number.

You can either print or copy your MID if you want to.
